However, I have been waiting for my return to deliver, so that I can receive my refund from a merchant. Every time I track my package, it states “Label Created, not yet in system.” Mind you, this was TWO weeks ago. I went back to this location where I made the return to understand why it’s been over a week since I made my return, but nothing has changed. I kept getting told by the employee “I don’t know.” I have inserted the tracking number multiple times on multiple platforms (USPS app, USPS website, over the phone) & they all keep telling/showing me that the tracking number is invalid. I went to this particular location AGAIN where the return was made and was told “I don’t know,” “I have no idea,” “I’m not sure,” “It showed it delivered, but now I can’t find the tracking number,” just absolutely no help. I am very dissatisfied and upset because I am not able to receive a refund for an item that I no longer have due to making a return. I have returned items multiple times at various USPS locations and have NEVER had any issues until I came to this location at Waldorf Mall Cir.
