  it was a weird day, legal paper only came with one option to buy it. I didn't need a whole package (500 pages) but that was the only option. Then the clerk seemed as if he was in his own zone and wasn't working customer service, but rather in an office by himself, minding his own business. then, as I was leaving the automatic door wasn't working, and the associate had to play with the door for it to open. i had to go twice in one weekend, so i took some empty ink cartridges for redemption and there needs to be something saying how many can be redeemed and when, instead of changing information, via word of mouth. Like I said, it was an overall weird experience, it usually isn't like that.

  Friendly and knowledgeable employees and the easy of finding everything was remarkable.

  I placed a same-day print order at like 10am to be picked up later that day. They didn't call me until 6pm to tell me they couldn't fulfill it because their printer doesn't work. And then you have to call a whole different generic customer service number to get refunded because they don't refund you when you cancel print orders.

  I have a story about a hero. It’s Columbus Day at 2:12. I just got out there was one boy not even older than like maybe 19 was working the printing station alone. I’m not sure why but this poor boy was dealing with 17 women two men and me this poor boy What’s going left right left right he was getting everybody done and there were even some Karen’s that he had to deal with. He did amazing job and they asked him were you the only one in today and he said yeah this poor boy was dealing with 20 people And he was getting it done getting it good and like that’s five stars right there I hope he sees us one star for the manager that put only one person on the schedule that day five stars to that kid

  I had place an order online for a set of plan to be printed. It was place a day before and it said that it will be ready for pick up at 8 AM the next day. We sent our people to come and pick it up and the person said that it was not ready and they can’t do anything about it. This is very sad for a huge company. I am writing so people know that they don’t have good workers here. They basically come to clock in and getting paid. I hope this review prompts to the manager so he can adjust his staffs accordingly.
