The package will sit outside my house multiple days in a row. And I usually have to call them about it before they'll deign themselves to complete the pickup. I'm not talking about once in a while. I mean *every* time I have a package pickup scheduled. (Once or twice per month for over a year.) They have the temerity to blame it on "the system", but I've used this service for several years now in multiple cities and in different states, and I *never* had a problem like this until i moved to Upper Marlboro. So, Upper Marlboro Post Office, tell me again how this is a USPS system issue and not a *you* issue! Why do postage prices keep going up despite Post Offices providing both less and lousy service?

Each time I’m expecting one of these packages I end up having to go in to receive it. We have the ring camera so we know when no one came. Secondly, packages are delivered to neighbors and sometimes we can’t find which neighbors had it. Pricey packages have gone missing with no accountability. I’m requesting accountability be restored as we and our neighbors deserve this basic service. 🙏🏽
- MJMISS JADEJul 26, 20161.0THEY NEED BETTER WORKERS OR SOMEBODY OWES ME $150! So I paid an extra $20 to receive a package within 48 hours and three business days have passed. I called them to see where my items were then I was placed on hold for 5 minutes to be told to call back in an hour because their internal server was down. So now I can't even check to see if my $150 package came in! I HATE THIS MAIL SERVICE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN I MEAN IT! PEOPLE HAVE IMPORTANT THINGS TO COME IN THE MAIL AND THESE PEOPLE ARE PLAYING AROUND. SHUT. THEM. DOWN.
