The package will sit outside my house multiple days in a row. And I usually have to call them about it before they'll deign themselves to complete the pickup. I'm not talking about once in a while. I mean *every* time I have a package pickup scheduled. (Once or twice per month for over a year.) They have the temerity to blame it on "the system", but I've used this service for several years now in multiple cities and in different states, and I *never* had a problem like this until i moved to Upper Marlboro. So, Upper Marlboro Post Office, tell me again how this is a USPS system issue and not a *you* issue! Why do postage prices keep going up despite Post Offices providing both less and lousy service?
- NNnullMay 17, 20172.0Sometimes someone sweet will answer the phone and assist, they know who they are but sometimes...I mean most times the drivers/whomever loads the trucks forgets a package and the site will say out for delivery after your mail has already arrived and your item might show up the next day or not at all.
