- TLTatiana Francisco Arias Laracuente1 day ago1.0I have had problems with this post office purposely refusing to put all mail in my PO box, despite the name being included on my PO box application. I would constantly see the mail pieces in my Informed Delivery but everything addressed to one person would never actually get delivered. Now it’s a problem accessing the PO Box altogether. I would LOVE to hear about the postmaster’s plan to address them closing the lobby so that people, like myself, who pay for a PO Box can access their mail outside of the limited daytime hours. Based on the sign, they’ve identified the issue that’s causing the closure, now they need to resolve it. PGPD needs to make their rounds after hours or the post office needs to look into hiring private security because shutting down access to PO Boxes while still charging customers is asinine.

The passport lady was not there for my appt; arrived 10 minutes late but was helpful and processed me pretty fast. Aries was the most helpful, he assisted people in the lobby with their packages and concerns; I have never seen that at a post office. This was refreshing as Landover Hills & Dodge Park do not provide the same friendly service.
