Then they claimed that they are now holding my package at my request when I never asked anyone to hold my package. Customer service tells me I now have to go pick up my package because there’s no way they can reverse that. I go to pick up my package. They close at 2pm, I got there at 1:53pm and the doors were locked. So I wasted my time and gas trying to get a package that should have been delivered to my house from the get go but clearly people don’t want to do their jobs correctly.
