Actually open! Beautiful location with green marble, original woodwork, and a mural. Darlene was very kind and efficient. I’ll be making a point of stopping here for my shipping needs instead of the barren locations in the city which are out of the way and unreliable.

I dropped off my pre paid package with an item I was selling to another individual and it still has not been scanned 3 business days later (no tracking info has been updated as it normally does). I’ve called this location several times and I believe they just hung up on me on my fourth call and I’m away for the holidays so I can’t go to the location in person. I will loose $90 because of this. If anyone who works here sees this, consider leaving a reply so maybe we can still work this out.

They are closed from 1p-5p for lunch. I arrived at 12:54p to drop a package off and they are already closed.

Extremely disappointed with this USPS location. I came to this post office yesterday to drop off a package and stood in line like everyone else. An employee named Darlene called out from behind the plexiglass that anyone dropping off items should step out of line and leave them at the drop-off window instead. I didn’t hear her clearly through the barrier, so I politely confirmed before moving — and her response was extremely rude. She said, “That’s what I said, didn’t I?” I explained that I couldn’t hear her clearly, which is why I was confirming, but she was dismissive and unprofessional. The next day, I checked my tracking and saw no movement — it only said a label had been printed. Concerned, I went back to this location during lunch, and Darlene was once again the only employee working the counter. I explained my concern, and instead of checking or offering any reassurance, she just said, “Well, wait another day,” then walked away into the back without another word. This kind of attitude and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable, especially when people rely on USPS for important deliveries. A little courtesy and effort to help customers goes a long way — unfortunately, this location shows none. I would highly suggest using another USPS location if possible, or at the very least, walking away if you see this same employee — an older woman with short white hair and a very dismissive, rude attitude for absolutely no reason.
