Darlene needs to learn to have better customer service when you’re dealing with customers, she doesn’t know how to talk to people and is very rude and loud . She has a smart attitude when asking her things , tosses mail like she has no care in the world. I can see by the reviews they know about this woman but won’t take action . Maybe put this woman In the back so she can have less human Interaction since she has such a nasty attitude.

If I leave only one negative review in my entire life, it will be about Darlene at this facility. Her conduct is consistently unprofessional, hostile, and inappropriate for a public-facing federal employee. On multiple visits, despite my being courteous and respectful, she has gone out of her way to be abrasive, domineering, and outright rude. Her tone is demeaning, her manner is confrontational, and her behavior has made me genuinely dread returning to this Post Office. (I no longer work in Towson so I do not plan to). Customer service at a federal facility should meet at least a basic standard of civility and professionalism. Darlene repeatedly fails to meet that standard. Her conduct reflects poorly not only on this location, but on the Postal Service as a whole. There is no reasonable justification for subjecting customers to this level of hostility, and there is no reason a public-facing employee who treats customers this way should continue in that role. I strongly urge management to review her behavior and take corrective action.

the Towson postal service worker name is Darlene and she was not very customer service friendly I explained to her that this will be my first time ever returning packages and I have QR codes that goes along with returning the packages so I'm not familiar with how to do it I explained everything to her in full detail and she came at me not customer service Savvy or anything just the update she needs to be a little bit more customer service friendly I understand it was 4:48 p.m. and she was getting ready to get off but she needs to give me all but my time before 5:00 p.m. it was a line and was the only one working, trying to service us but someone could have helped her and she could have had a better customer service attuide with me and the other people that was in line

Actually open! Beautiful location with green marble, original woodwork, and a mural. Darlene was very kind and efficient. I’ll be making a point of stopping here for my shipping needs instead of the barren locations in the city which are out of the way and unreliable.
