  Wonderful service he even gave me military discount. I would definitely recommend coming to this specific location.

  DON'T GO THERE! We had a return and were told it was $5 to be sent to their email and printed. Never experienced this before but paid it because just wanted to make the return. A 2nd and last visit I brought a return with my label already printed and just needed it taped. The young lady told me she couldn't use the envelope because it wasn't theirs and had a clip on it. Mind you I literally just purchased it from another UPS location before going to print the label. I told her it came from UPS but she wanted to argue and make up her own rules so I told her I'd go elsewhere and took my package and label back from her. They make up their own rules and prices and look for any way they can charge you so beware. I had to go back to the same UPS location (6356 York Rd) where I bought the envelope this girl hated. They gave me no issues and didn't charge to tape label onto the package. Just avoid going here if you don't want to deal with rude staff and be charged for something as simple as tape🙄

  This UPS Store has been a complete nightmare and caused serious disruption to my business. They lost multiple packages, then somehow also lost the names of my authorized employees on my mailbox account. As a result, my staff were denied access to packages they were fully authorized to pick up, with no explanation and no urgency to fix the issue. I went in to cancel my mailbox that I've had with them due to the poor service and they refused and said they couldn't do it without their manager Rocky there who they "think is overseas and do not know when he will be back". There is clear attitude issues with many of the staff members and a lack of desire to help. If you value your time, your deliveries, or your sanity, steer clear of this location.

  I am a very loyal box holder here at the Towson.....I am always.....always treated like family...when i enter into the establishment....the staff, I only have one word....."AWESOME '

  This place is a joke! It has gone SO DOWNHILL over the past year! Not sure who is running it, but the people are HORRIBLE!!! I didn’t have the label for my Amazon return, they told me to email it to them and it was a $5 - FIVE DOLLAR - charge to print it out!! Meanwhile, they would print one out anyway for the box!! WHAT A JOKE!!! Never again will I select this location for a return or to ship !!
