This store used to be very helpful, but lately, under the new management and crew, they’ve started charging exorbitant fees for even the smallest things. Dropping off a package now comes with a lecture about how they’ll have to charge a fee for something. The latest example is refusing boxes that aren’t taped well enough.
The previous team always had tape available for customers to use, or they’d ask you to bring the boxes to the counter and tape them at no charge, often saying, “Don’t worry about it!” Their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile were always appreciated. Unfortunately, the new team seems more focused on finding creative ways to add junk fees than on providing good service.
Furthermore, the price gouging for printing a single-page label, now over $10, is outrageous. By comparison, CVS charges less than $2 per page, making them a far better deal.
These penny-pinching practices are disappointing and will only hurt your business in the long run.

I’ve been coming here for years and recently they’ve started charging for minor tasks like taping a box closed. Fine. However, last week I was charged 99 cents and today I come in with a box that needed tape, expecting the same charge. The girl at the counter told me it would be $1 but when I got my receipt it was $1.49??
It’s not the money, it’s the idea that minor fees aren’t publicly listed and seem to be made up on the spot. And the lack of transparency makes me feel like I can’t trust this location.

The employees go above and beyond in helping you with what you need. The manager's skill on a computer is fantastic. I had tried other stores and they could not print out from my IPhone. Don't know the problem but she overcame it! So nice as well.

This place is extremely negligent. I dropped off an important letter on 9/5 that needed to be mailed out within a specific timeframe. Instead of being sent right away, it was not postmarked until 9/10, five days later. The recipient did not receive it until 9/16. Completely unacceptable. If your mail or packages matter, do not trust this location. It feels like the place is run with no professionalism or accountability.
UPDATE: After posting my review, the manager, Peter, responded here with a copy and paste apology. What is ironic is that before he posted this, we had already gone back and forth over email, and he refused to take any accountability. During our conversation I learned that his staff gave me incorrect information about mailing and tracking options. Instead of acknowledging that error, he insisted I “misunderstood” the false information I was given. He also told me to take up my concerns with the post office, essentially saying it was not their problem.
So while his public comment sounds polite and resolution oriented, his private emails showed the opposite. There was no effort to resolve the issue, only to dismiss it. Customers deserve honesty and accountability, not generic replies that make it seem like the store is more helpful than it actually is. This place is a joke, starting with management.
