I was told they would charge me $3.99 to tape my box. I used to work at a UPS store, and we only charged 50 cents. I walked out and said that’s highway robbery. I’m no longer coming here and am taking my business elsewhere.

So I went into this store, and I stood in line, and a young lady looked at me with not a nice look behind the counter. And as I got closer, she yells at me, that's post office!! And then looks away with disgust. I just said okay and walked out. I should have walked right up to her and said what you just did was very rude! That is not how you hold yourself as a professional. I may have made a mistake. But you should wait till I come to you and then say, oh, this is for the post office. Unfortunately we can't return this here in a professional tone. If you don't wanna work the day after christmas, that's on you!!! I won't be coming back.
