  I have inherited a print shop that has been mothballed by my late father, we have all sorts of letter press equipment and a few offset printers, however with the advent of quick-printers such as Staples just to name one, it was difficult to figure who we could print for and what products we could offer that online print shops and Staples either wasn't doing or was unable to do. Along with finding a market and marketable product, dad never left us with any sort of business plan. Jones Business was just what we needed to get our thoughts together and restart the old family business. Jones Business was able to meet with us on our schedule and really listened to our current business ideas and desires and understood the dilemma we were in. They drafted a bank presentation ready business plan detailing every aspect of our start-up, operations, goals , cash flow, Insurance, employee hiring and everything you'd expect and more from a realistic plan. Jones Business was available every step of the way. One of the unique services they offered was the 'check-in' service. We also retained Jones Business to regularly help us gather price and sales statistics to help us continuously tweak our products and services. In the process, they investigated our operations regularly to determine if our process and costs were as efficient as we could make and keep them. I highly recommend Jones Business for whatever phase your business is currently in.
