  Changes, changes ... a lot to take it by fans. Love the sound system. New scoreboard holds so much info! And the scoreboard introduction was just adorable.

  I had an amazing experience with Bonnie at the printing/ laminate station, she spent a lot of time helping me and was very sweet. She listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me multiple times throughout the week. She definitely deserves a huge raise, I’m so impressed by her!!

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Staples location. I went in to have business cards printed and the customer service was extremely poor. The employee assisting me, Eric, was rude, dismissive, and not helpful when I was simply asking basic questions about the printing process. After I paid for the order, I was told the cards wouldn’t be ready until the next day. That’s important information that should absolutely be communicated before a customer pays, especially when someone comes in expecting a relatively quick turnaround for something like business cards. When I asked about canceling the order and getting a refund, Eric was again very unpleasant and made the situation even more uncomfortable. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and unprofessional. Customer service and clear communication should be a priority, and unfortunately this experience was the opposite.
