- JDJ DOct 6, 20255.0Twice this week I have not received my packages. I've had to put through two service requests. It pained me to think my Grandmother's hand stitched quilt was lost. The Manager of the Post Office, Bridget really stepped up to the plate. She said she would address all of my concerns and she requested the carrier to go to the house where he delivered the pkg. I was so grateful it was found. Bridget called me to confirm that my package was on my front porch. Thank you Bridget for really getting this situation resolved.

Staff are patient, items are handled with care, and nothing (knock on wood) has been lost that I’ve handed over. When they’re not with another customer, staff always immediately offer help and are consistently kind.
