- FLflint lockFeb 14, 20261.0This branch has stolen packages from me on 2 occasions. Wrong tracking updates posted. Package left by the roadside because carrier is too lazy to drive 50 feet up my driveway. All we can do is bend over and take it. No accountability.

- JDJ DOct 6, 20255.0Twice this week I have not received my packages. I've had to put through two service requests. It pained me to think my Grandmother's hand stitched quilt was lost. The Manager of the Post Office, Bridget really stepped up to the plate. She said she would address all of my concerns and she requested the carrier to go to the house where he delivered the pkg. I was so grateful it was found. Bridget called me to confirm that my package was on my front porch. Thank you Bridget for really getting this situation resolved.

- NRNancy RexrodeSep 22, 20161.0went in the post office at 4:51, they are SUPPOSED to close at 5:00 . . no customers in there, metal door closed on the area to purchase things, when i went to pay she looked at my cash and said .. can you do a credit card? wow so i did, just to get out of there apparently they already closed their cash drawers, then she proceeds to take out her phone and do the transaction on that, which we had to do twice . . . THEN she starts talking to the girl still there with her and says its BS she has to buy 2 books of stamps now . . meaning my transaction somehow i guess . . THEN she asks me if i want a book of stamps . .so you don't close till 5:00 people . .and when you are packed up and ready to run 10 minutes early don't put it on me .. it was totally ridiculous!
