If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in today thought I was lucky nobody was in line. The clerk says come to the counter I will be right back I have to help another customer in the back. Im waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Almost 20 minutes have gone by. At this point it's a long line. Nothing. I can see people walking around and nobody says anything. I asked ia she coming back? They say she is helping another customer. Then a guy comes to the front to announce that she is helping someone thanks for your patience. Poor young lady. I had 3 big boxes and it was hard enough to get them in the building so I wasn't leaving. Terrible. They should have put a sign on the door until she was done.

Great and quick service. Almost never has a line. All the staff are hard working and friendly. Seems like all the bad reviews are from 3-5 years ago so Im assuming the staff was terrible back then.

I regularly receive mail addressed to my neighbors. I’m talking about their personal sensitive financial and identifiable information. This is just dangerous. This year alone I’ve had a few packages that were misplaced/lost.

I usually get a notification notifying me whenever I have mail coming in the last two months my mail hasn’t come in on time or, it doesn’t come in at all. Recently i had a check supposed to come in and it’s been a week and I haven’t seen my check whenever I call they give me an attitude. This place is unorganized and they don’t have good customer service at all.

Minimal delivery services, went to pick up my mail and I'm still waiting in line. Just got called out of line for p/u only and we have to wait on a supervisor. Now we're being told all the carriers are out and there's nothing they will do for us (of course no supervisor appeared). The saga continues. After waiting 10 more minutes a supervisor finally appeared. I explained the package I was waiting for is time sensitive, yet I was told the same "the carriers out with ALL the mail now and if I don't receive package today there will be delivery service on Sunday."
We will see.
