If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in today thought I was lucky nobody was in line. The clerk says come to the counter I will be right back I have to help another customer in the back. Im waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Almost 20 minutes have gone by. At this point it's a long line. Nothing. I can see people walking around and nobody says anything. I asked ia she coming back? They say she is helping another customer. Then a guy comes to the front to announce that she is helping someone thanks for your patience. Poor young lady. I had 3 big boxes and it was hard enough to get them in the building so I wasn't leaving. Terrible. They should have put a sign on the door until she was done.

Given the reviews, I see that my concerns will probably go on def ears but here’s nothing…I ordered a wheel walker for my mom from Amazon. On the day of delivery, tracking stating that it was out for delivery and would arrive by 9pm. At 4 pm, the tracking message stated that the package is being held at the post for pickup per request of customer. NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO US. The next day I went to the post office to inquire about the package. She asked if I received a notice. I advised that no notice was left but showed her tracking info on phone. She checked and stated that the package was not there and gave me a number to call in the morning. Today, I called. I was advised that we, “do not deliver packages above the 2nd floor in high rise apartments”. I advised that the hi rise has an elevator. I was given the same response. I asked what is the difference, there are no stairs. Again I was given the same response. I counted to 5, exhaled and said thank you. Is this a universal policy or just this branch? Just does not make sense. Could you deliver to the 4th of a garden apartment with steps….make it make sense!

Regular mail man was out couple days last week. Did not received mail from Thursday to Saturday. This is very unprofessional. And this is why the cost of postage continues to rise. We pay more for postage but the service diminishes. I talked to the post office this morning and they said I didn't have an accumulation of mail. This is how we run our postal system.
