  If you want terrible customer service and a long wait , by all means go here. The lady with glasses is so mean, she really needs to retire. Wish I give 0 star.

  The website says that the Wheaton location does walk-in passport service. Ms. Mame 1. Was extremely rude to myself and another customer. 2. Refused passport service because they are short staffed. Then, apparently this location is extremely low on pens. Please send them pens so they and their customers can complete transactions and paperwork. Furthermore, their money order system does not work. Customer service is an absolute disgrace and I would not refer anyone or return to this location. Get some fabuloso in that place, clean it up, open the blinds, review employee performance, they need to rehire, fix the money order machine, update website and get them pens.

  Muy mal servicio demasiado pésimos para la atención al cliente yega uno a tiempo de su cita para que le digan que yege otro día así no más como que si uno tuviera todo el día libre para sacar pasaporte y no le ayudan ni con un traductor alas personas que no saben inglés uno yega ala cita pierde uno el día de trabajo solo para yegar ala cita para que le digan que vuelva otro día y ellos no le llaman a programar cita con anticipación si no asta que uno está en el lugar ..

  There is only Dorian at the counter. He gets a five star review. He has no help. He is overworked and under paid. He has a great attitude despite the government's lack of giving any needed help. Why has the federal government not fixed this. Dorian great, USPS not good.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the post office. I came in to change my address, but the employee did not assist me properly. He closed the door without helping and only handed me a paper without explanation. I felt that my concern was not taken seriously, and the service was unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect and given clear guidance, especially for important requests like address changes. If the employee was overwhelmed or tired, I understand—but customer service should still be handled in a respectful and helpful way. I hope this issue can be addressed so others have a better experience.
