  I would like to highlight the exceptional service at this location. My Mom has dementia and it has been a challenge when the need arises to have her documentation notarized. The staff has been extremely kind in accommodating her limited mobility and it's appreciated very much.

  These guys are awesome. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the owners packed a gift that I was sending and, after checking the pricing for the delivery date, opened the package and put it in another box to help me save $35 on shipping. Very cool experience. I'll be going here again for my shipping needs...for sure.

  After a long, busy day, I rushed into this UPS in a flustered state moments before closing time with a large package that I still needed to organize and assemble. When encouraged to come back the next day, I explained it wasn’t an option for me because the items were due to be shipped, and I was leaving for a planned vacation the next day. The staff here were so incredible that they helped me neatly organize and pack several large electronic items that needed to be shipped back to an employer. I wish I could give more stars for this exceptional customer service. Thank you so, so much!

  I went this afternoon around 2:30pm and the only man working there was insanely rude. He was grumbling and making a fuss when i told him i was here to get a shipping label, like i was bothering him!! We get to a point where he states my total to ship my box and it comes out to $40. I ask if its because its the size (it was quite a big bog for my 12in tablet) he says no, its because its shipping all the way to California. I tell him the tablet inside is smaller, maybe the size difference could make it cheaper, and that the box was big because its the only one i had. But before i finished, he interrupts me and shakes my box saying that if it was smaller it would move around. First of all, i didnt get to finish. And second, i packed it with paper so it wouldnt move because its a tablet, its FRAGILE. We eventually open the box to measure the tablet itself and he SLAMS it on the freaking scale, not once but TWO TIMES. Are you kidding me. He was acting like his job was awful and treating my property with no respect. I had to take my business elsewhere with that attitude. I even ended the conversation with a thank you, have a good day at the end with no response from him. Hire someone who at least acts like they want to do their job and fire this excuse for a worker. Imagine he broke my tablet from throwing it on the metal scale? What then?
