    I went in to buy moving boxes. I was helped by Aleta. She was great, very polite and professional and explained all of the moving box options to me. Helped me find a box that would fit a piece of art I have. If I wasn’t moving I would definitely come back!

    I am sharing my experience as a whole, but to preface: I was helped by a young man named Jairo, who was beyond amazing and incredibly helpful. However, I feel the need to address an issue I witnessed a few months back involving an employee named Alisha (I believe). While she was assisting the gentleman at the station next to me, I was deeply unsettled by what I overheard. She was unprofessional and dismissive, eventually even raising her voice at the customer. At one point, the gentleman actually had to ask, 'Why won’t you help me?' because she refused to give him straight answers and was being unnecessarily difficult. I felt terrible for him and was visibly upset by the disrespectful way she treated him. As a bystander, it was incredibly uncomfortable to witness such a one-sided confrontation. It reached a point where I found it difficult to focus on my own transaction because her tone was so disruptive and hostile toward that gentleman. It truly dampened what would have been a great experience with Jairo. The difference in service between Jairo’s professionalism and Alisha’s conduct was night and day. It is disappointing to see such inconsistent standards of customer care in the same office. It is rare to see such polar opposites in the same workspace. While Jairo went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, Alisha seemed to be doing everything in her power to avoid being helpful. A business is only as strong as its weakest link, and her behavior unfortunately overshadowed the hard work of the other staff members. I am leaving this review because I believe the management should know that while they have a star employee in Jairo, the behavior I witnessed from Alisha was unacceptable. No customer, regardless of their questions or needs deserves to be shouted at or dismissed so rudely. Her behavior created a very tense and uncomfortable environment for everyone within earshot. A customer should never be made to feel like a burden for asking simple questions. I hope this feedback reaches management, as Jairo deserves recognition for his excellence, while Alisha’s approach to customer service clearly requires further training or intervention on how to simply treat people.

    Multiple horrible delivery experiences- multiple times have spent entire day home specifically waiting for package- as they are unable to give any better delivery window then “by end of day 8pm” - only to get text notice that delivery was attempted even though I am home! To point where i now hang a sign on door stating “I am home waiting for package so please be sure to ring bell and knock hard” yet again today while waiting all day received text that delivery attempt was unsuccessful - i ran to street as soon as received text but no truck to be seen and the customer service is sooo bad takes ten minutes to get a human then they are not any more helpful than a bot- say there is no way to message driver even though they are obviously still less than 20 minutes away- horrible system and technology for 2026- better technology and customer service from grubhub

    I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I went in to print a document, but the staff did not seem interested in helping. It took almost an hour just to get everything set up and paid for a printing card, which should have been a simple process. On top of that the Indian disrespectfully tossed the print card on the counter instead of handing it to me. Customer service should be more professional and respectful, especially when customers are already having trouble with the machines or payment process. I hope this location improves its service and treats customers with more courtesy in the future. I would recommend avoiding this location by any means necessary

    The best customer service and efficient staff. Aleta does her job with joy and makes a point to get to know who she is attending to while giving the best service. She is representing FedEx with pride and honestly makes me want to come to that location every time I have to make a shipment. Thank you Aleta, I had a fantastic experience and please keep up the great work!
