The letter was returned to me. When I went back to explain what happened to the same worker who accepted it initially, he raised his voice and spoke in a condescending tone, repeating that “the machine only registered your return address” and that “it’s standard to write it at the top.” While I understand the policy, I found the tone and lecture unnecessary. A simple, polite explanation and instruction to repurchase the stamp would have been appreciated.

I scheduled this appointment two weeks ago and these people waited till an hour before my appointment before leaving a voicemail on my phone to inform me that their camera was broken. So, I called to cancel and reschedule, every single person I spoke with was very rude and they kept putting me on hold for no reason. I finally spoke with the manger (Jessica) ,who was also very rude, just because I wanted to be sure if the broken camera was a temporal thing or not so I can plan accordingly for my next appointment; this lady then told me that their camera was working but they ran out of paper. Two different stories from very rude people who don't care about my time. Am planning to get my passport done somewhere else and this time, I will pay close attention to the reviews. Please don't get your passport done here. This is the worst.
