It's the 3rd time coming here and every single time no one is on the counter even if there is someone standing at the passport counter they don't have no idea about when you'll be able to mail something so your luck 15 minutes or 150 minutes. There are no official lunch breaks but these guys surely have their all 3 meals on work clock.

Doesn't bring our mail or magically our mail get caught up in a loop hole for weeks. We're currently missing important documents that my father sent last Tuesday and ive been told 3 times that'll itll be arriving/scheduled for delivery on these days. It even took a picture of the envelope and 4 days lm from the envelope photo verification still nothing. Smh it used to come in exactly 3 days when he used to send it. Now the last 1 year - 1 1/2 years it has been getting progressively worse and worse.
