0 star is what this office truly deserve.
Do not come here for passport applications. We had an appointment with and it didn’t matter. We were told the right person wasn’t available and was doing something in the back. We were waiting for 45 min and gave up.
This is simply disrespectful!
The funny part? - they asked for a 5 star review when checking us in.

The staff were very professional and polite. But I called from half an hour away to confirm they could do fingerprints that day and they said yes. I arrived an hour later and was told the machine is down.
