    This UPS store in downtown Silver Spring, MD, has a very professional, courteous, and efficient staff member—a tall Indian gentleman who consistently handles packages with care. If a box needs replacing, he will do so in front of you, provide a receipt without prompting, and thank you for your business. Once though, I delt with another short Indian gentleman. He was quite the opposite. But I won't change my review because him.

    I left just a few minutes ago. They said they charge $3 for internet plus an additional fee for printing the label. I understand the printing fee but the internet fee is absurd, I kindly turned around and walked out of the store.

    Charging $2.12 for some tape is crazy work. I’ve never been charged to tape or package anything when it was a return. Won’t be back again. What a rip off.

    stopped by a few minutes ago to drop off a package I needed to return to Amazon. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Both employees refused to identify themselves, which is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this location — avoid it at all costs.
