The service clearly states that they will package and deliver, but Rasheda continuously gave attitude of why I did not bring my items prepackaged. Did not enjoy the encounter at all, and I believe she is not suited for customer service or support.

- DLDAndre LemonNov 29, 20252.0I went to staples store and I waited in line and I told the lady at the cashier that im pickup a UPS package at this store location so I gave her my full name and show her the tracking number on my phone and she type in the tracking number on the computer all the sudden she telling me my package is not here until Monday. What do she mean my package is not there yet? I told her 3 or 4 times that I spoke to the other lady on the phone the other day that my package is ready to pickup and then she had a bad attitude and she type the tracking number again and saying the package will be there on Monday. The lady at the cashier really pissed me off and she didn't look good enough in the correct way so what is she talking about. So finally thank god the other lady that I spoke too on the phone she help me out to find the package and she was professional and kind all i want to say thank you for your help. The lady who working the cashier is unprofessional and impolite. I told her is a big envelope where says UPS not a box i dont understand she look the box for the tracking number thats why I was so upset.

The person handling it was able to multitask as there was a line and even found rewards for me. That made me want to go ahead and see if I could find an inexpensive printer. I was stunned with the Customer Service there too. Right away somebody came to help me and they found somebody who knew where to find what I was looking for.
