  5-star is for Quinton. I've been to several Fed locations, but almost all are lazy, don't care, and don't help. However, at this location, they are exceptional and very helpful. Thank you, Quinton, for your great service.

  I literally cannot say enough bad things about this place. I brought my wedding programs in to be printed. I had my own paper, I just needed 80 high quality copies. The clerk, Joshua, told me that if I wanted it done the same day I would need to pay a $17.50 extra charge. I didn't need them immediately, so I told him I could pick them up the next day. I told him he could take the whole package of paper, and just return any extras with the finished programs. He said he could "scan" the pages so he had an exact count. So he took the paper and went to the back where the printers were. I assumed he had some paper counter machine (like a bill counter at the bank), and would bring me back just the extras, but in about 45 seconds he was back with the entire print job finished! Great, yes? No. He went to ring me up and again said that if I wanted to take the finished programs with me, it would be an extra $17.50. What?? I confirmed that he was actually telling me that EVEN THOUGH THE JOB WAS DONE AND HAD TAKEN LESS THAN A MINUTE AND THE FINISHED PROGRAMS WERE SITTING ON THE COUNTER, I had to leave the programs, go home, and come back the next day just to avoid the $17.50 charge. I tried to explain to him how rush pricing works, but to no avail. Finally I asked what would have happened if I only needed 2 copies, and he pointed me towards a sign that said that jobs under $50 get an automatic $2.50 charge. So I had him split my print job into two parts, each less than $50, and just charge me an extra $2.50 for each, because that was the ONLY way to avoid the $17.50 charge he (wrongly!) wanted to add. You'd think that would be bad enough, but then, when I was about to leave, I had the good sense to check the copies. I'm glad I did, because they were ALL unusable! They were smudged and most of them had a dark line of ink down the middle. I didn't have enough of my specialty paper to have him redo it (and wouldn't have trusted him to anyway), so I asked how he was going to make it right (besides refunding my money). He went to the back and had a LOOOOONG conversation on the phone with his manager, and then he returned with two sheets of hideous, cheap cardstock in two ugly colors, and told me that the only thing he could do was reprint it on their paper. Um, no? Ultimately, I left, because my wedding is in a week and I need this done well, but it was an absolute nightmare. Please - if you want anything printed well, or even minimally competently, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
