  The best customer service and efficient staff. Aleta does her job with joy and makes a point to get to know who she is attending to while giving the best service. She is representing FedEx with pride and honestly makes me want to come to that location every time I have to make a shipment. Thank you Aleta, I had a fantastic experience and please keep up the great work!

  I am writing to formally report a missing package that I personally dropped off at this FedEx location, and to request immediate assistance, as I have been unable to get help through customer service or the claims system. On December 10, I went to the FedEx location at 8501 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910. On the same day, I created the shipping label at the store and dropped off the package in person. This package was supposed to arrive before Christmas, but it has never been delivered and now appears to be missing entirely. Since then, I have contacted FedEx customer service and the store multiple times. Unfortunately, every representative has redirected me elsewhere, and no one has been able to locate the package or take responsibility for resolving the issue. I have clearly stated each time that this is a missing package dropped off at a FedEx store, yet I continue to receive no solution. Additionally: - The online claims system does not work for me and repeatedly states that the tracking number is invalid, even though this is the only tracking number I was provided. - I am being asked to submit photos or proof of drop-off, which is unreasonable, as I handed the package directly to the FedEx location. I was not informed at the time that additional documentation would be required. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support. I would like clear guidance on: 1. How FedEx plans to investigate a package that was dropped off at one of your own locations 2. How I can properly file a claim when the system does not accept my tracking number 3. What resolution or compensation is available for this lost package Please escalate this issue as soon as possible. I am requesting a prompt response with concrete next steps.

  I always do self-service when I go here. So I can’t comment on the staff. But regarding the self-services, I had no issues with dropping off packages or faxing.
