- ACAmanda ChambersFeb 3, 20261.0I went to pick up some mail that was being held. It was really nice to stand in line with about 30 other people trying to get their mail! The customer service rep working the retail area was really pleasant as she yelled at everyone to leave and wait in the lobby to pick-up mail. When asked if someone would be in the lobby to help, she stated "I'm not a supervisor!" Super helpful response! I still don't have mail. Gave up and left after 20 minutes with nobody showing up to help. USPS staff were utterly useless, but at least the people I got to wait with were really nice!

I was told by the Severn location that the Severna Park is the actual location the drivers come out of and for me to contact them. I have literally called them from 9am to 1:55pm and no one has answered the phone. I cant put a claim in online until tomorrow due to their 24 hour rule, which pisses me off. How can the USPS not answer the phone. How can they mark delivered when it has not been delivered!
