- NPN PNov 21, 20251.0I shipped a package to a resident of MD. this location was the PO it went through to be delivered. the tracking was updated with a failed attempt to deliver b/c the business was closed. however, there was staff there to receive deliveries. i called and was able to speak with a lady that confirmed my package was there and i scheduled a redeliver date for the next day. package was never redelivered and tracking has still not updated. I've called multiple times and have been unable to get anyone on the phone. after seeing some of these reviews, I now believe someone that works there stole my package.

Now realizing it's been in this state for several months. Why advertise self service options when a major part of that service is not available. Its a shame.

After going to USPS twice and giving them a stack of mail, it got delivered right back to me. This post office does not answer the phone as well.
