- WWwin WinNov 5, 20255.0Walk in to dropped off a package to seller. One man just hi and worked on return item quick and easy . He asked if I need to put in a box( need to buy a box) or ship it in original box like this ? I answered if possible to ship it with its original box i would appreciate it. He said yes he will help taped it . Thanks Done .

She told me "they were taking lunch and would reopen in 20 minutes." They have to lunch together? We all work somewhere. Does the business close down to eat? Took said package back to car and went to another FedEx. Customer service didn't seem to care when I called about the inconvenience. If my client had not requested FedEx, I would have gone to UPS. Experience was handled poorly and was unprofessional. Very disappointed.

- IAIsmail AhmedJul 11, 20251.0If i could i would give 0 stars. I walked in with my little brother, to get 3 shipments shipped out. I came in and said hey how are you? The dark skin employee was the only one in the store. He ignores me and goes to say “you dont get the house too much do you”. I was confused as to why he said this. I replied yea yea bro i guess so, he then starts being disrespectful and says that me and my brother are weird just because the shipment i had was 3 boxes and he thought that it was too much for him. Mind you, this is his job that he decided to apply at and work at, being his decision. So why get upset that a customer has boxes to ship. Anyways, he gets done scanning the labels and gives me a receipt, i take it and i said, thank you so much man, i appreciate you and he starts looking at me crazy that i said something wrong. I felt like he either doesn’t like his job or he was racist. But anyways, i am calling corporate to report him and i now understand why this place has 2 stars rating.
