I went in with one package that wasn’t taped yet, and although the staff member wasn’t outright rude, she wasn’t helpful either. Instead of simply offering a small piece of tape, she told me I had to purchase an entire roll. I ended up going all the way back home just to tape it myself. When I returned, I noticed a big roll of tape right behind the counter, which made it even more frustrating. Most USPS locations typically provide tape for small fixes like this, so I was shocked by the lack of basic customer support here. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS branch. If customer service is supposed to be part of the job, then this location seriously needs to do better.
