15 people in line and one person at the counter is unacceptable. Not only is the wait time unacceptable, it’s too much for the emoloyee. There are seveeal employees walking around, cross train them in peak hours so you don’t keep customers waiting or create an environment where one employee is having to move so quickly mistakes are made

We have a clear signs on our front door to please bring packages around back to avoid theft. What does our new mail carrier do?Leaves them right under the sign. I filed a complaint online, and I get a lady on the phone that speaks broken english from the Salisbury post office and all she can tell me is I need to watch my cameras because they arent required to leave anything on the back steps that its my responsibility that packages dont get stolen. Wow, thats how you treat your customers? Funny, every previous mail carrier we've had never had a problem doing this.

Claimed to attempt delivery and never did, I literally have a ring doorbell that not once saw anyone attempt delivery. They just didn't want to bring my package to my door because I live in an apartment and it's easier to be lazy.

Manager is very friendly - and do appreciate service received from her personally, but overall this entire establishment is a complete disaster. The carriers will not deal with certified mail appropriately and you can stand on your porch and watch them throw pink slips in your mailbox. Three times in two weeks they haven't even attempted to check if someone was home -- or pick up the package at all. First time we went to pick it up at the post office because the tracking said it was there. Hebron said it's not there, but in Salisbury -- contrary to the website and pink slip. Second time I was able to chase the carrier around the block and they said "oh sorry, were just doing roll by's because we're behind, you know, very busy" and let me sign for it -- okay, but when our mail will get returned to sender? Not acceptable. Do your job. I didn't send it certified. I didn't request it--its just how it's sent. Then yesterday, we lodged a complaint when it happened again. My fiance spoke with the manager who said to come by Salisbury any time between 9 and 1:30 to get it. I came by, and they swear it's at Hebron. I'm at Hebron, and they swear they don't have it and are calling Salisbury. This is over 10 hours we've spent chasing down and making calls about packages in 2 weeks. Absolutely absurd.

I’ve had to wait a long time in line several times in the past but today I went in to renew my passport with my four siblings. Even though it was really busy in there, John rapidly stopped what he was doing to attend to us since we had an appointment. He made the experience super smooth and quick! He was funny and super amiable! As part of the application process he was reviewing, he asked if I was a student and then took his time to wish me luck in my studies and was extremely friendly with my dad and my whole family. We need more people like him in this world! Even though he was busy and probably stressed, he still helped all four of us through the process with a smile and charisma! Thank you John, for your excellent service at our 11:30 am appointment on 1/30/26!
