    I don't know if this is where the trucks with packages come from or how it works but this review is for fedex in general. TRASH service. I'm sitting here in my apartment as I watch the truck go by and then 4 minutes later I get a notification saying " delivery attempted nobody home " HMMM????

    I wish I could give zero starts. I just waited around all day for my package which requires a signature and it’s not being delivered. Originally it said before 1:30 then it changed to end of day. At 5:30 it switched to Monday. I called customer service and they had no info. He just read the tracking info to me. Why pay for overnight shipping? FedEx sucks!

    I was waiting the whole day for a delivery with a signature request, my car was in the driveway, my daughter watching tv in the living, but the Fedex driver not even ring the door bell to let me know he was there, I have him in video. Then I received an email letting me know that they left a tag on my door. I don’t know why this incompetent driver does his job. I called customer service and after waiting for more than 30 minutes someone finally answered but it didn’t help at all, I ask for a supervisor and they said the supervisor is not answering phone calls at the moment. Are you serious!! Terrible service Update After 2 days waiting at home for the package believe it or not the stupid driver came twice and doesn’t ring the bell. I already have 2 door tags and the third time not even a tag. I will call the seller to cancel the order. So he will talk to someone to ask for the money he is losing for the incompetence of a delivery company for hire stupid employees and also managers that don’t even answer the phone. It looks like nobody cares
