- JHJohn HudsonFeb 26, 20264.0super helpful employees and fast service. here is some helpful advice: package your item before you go to the store. otherwise, you will have to pay a fee for them to package the item for you, which is what i had to do. no big deal, but ended up costing $16.00 in box/packaging materials. parking lot is TINY. very little room. (not their fault though). overall, great experience.

This store consistently makes the return process efficient and seamless, and each transaction is handled very well. That said, each time I visit, the body language at the counter feels unwelcoming, almost as if I’m an inconvenience. I make a point to greet staff with a “Good morning” and engage in small talk to set a positive tone, but the interaction remains cold. Notably, the atmosphere only changed when Sammy came out, which made a noticeable difference. When customers feel compelled to say, “I hope you have a better day” at 8:37 a.m., with no line in the store, that speaks volumes. The service itself is excellent, but the customer experience could be warmer.
