    Simmy and Kelly were extremely polite. On my first visit Simmy proceeded one return for me. He told me that my 2 other returns were USPS. I explained to him that USPS said to take them to UPS. He said no USPS and showed me where the bar codes clearly showed USPS. I thanked him and left and headed to United States Postal Service. At United States Postal Service she told me she was unable to scan or print the labels or codes for me and I would have to return to UPS. So when I returned to UPS this time Kelly assisted me. I explained the situation to her. Simi was there and he said these are clearly United States Postal Service items to be returned, but we will do it for you and we will not charge you. Simmy told Kelly to go ahead and help me and print the labels and take the returns for me. What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with two kind, wonderful customer service people. They deserve to be acknowledged. Both Kelly and Simi made my experience at UPS today. Very pleasant and I will definitely be returning to that location.

    Blatant disrespect from a young male employee (white, black hair). He wouldn’t look at me, speak a word, ignored my “thank you,” and contined to ignore me when I repeated myself. That’s not just poor service, it's discrimination. No customer should be treated like a second class citizen. UPS needs to train their staff on basic respect and accountability.

    Kelly was wonderful, she helped me plan shipping of VHS tapes the most economical way. She had a good sense of humor too.

    Axel helped me with a major shipping problem that I had. He helped to make everything easy and helped to keep me calm. He is an amazing young man. He explained everything to me that I understood whyy choice was the best option for me.

    UPS tried to deliver my package to my house and said that no one was there, so it was undeliverable but somebody was in fact there waiting for it all day. So, I got a notification saying that they would try the next day to deliver it again. But, to avoid any further issue, I paid an additional six dollars so that they would hold it at this UPS location. Only to get an email a day later saying that my package had been picked up while I was still out of town. The next day when I arrived back in town, I went to the UPS store and they did find my package, but it had been opened and gone through. The only explanation the manager had was that maybe somebody else with the same last name showed up and they gave it to him. This guy said this to me with a straight face and thought that this was an actual excuse for what had happened. So they just gave my package to somebody with the same name without checking his ID? This is beyond irresponsible. Be very careful when dealing with this location. Obviously, there are some shady employees here.
