    Excellent service from Trent, the customer representative who helped my family last evening with last minute passport photos. He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and accommodating. We arrived close to closing, yet he made us feel like we were his top priority. We had already tried two other places in Salisbury—the first produced photos with deep shadows and poor lighting, and at the second (a local store/pharmacy), the clerk said, “I’m not taking any more photos tonight; you can come back at 8:00 in the morning.” Needing photos right away, we drove to the north side of Salisbury and we’re so glad we did—our photos are perfect! Getting passport photos for one adult and three children (ages 10, 2, and 8 months) is no easy task and could have felt like an inconvenience at the end of the day, but Trent never made us feel that way. He was a fantastic representative for Staples on North Salisbury Blvd. Thank you!

    The place looks like a junk house. There really so be a separate area for returns (in the back) and one for check out (up front) with everything in one, it looks terrible and the rest of the building looks trashy too. Service is very slow and not good.
