The Staffing Specialist and the Branch Manager are clearly struggling to have a collective matching statement, they completely contradict each other. They make you wait around for an answer, knowing the answer in advance; yet they still have you hanging on by a thread waiting. Absolutely disappointing. It says they open at 5:30, but I didn't get anyone to answer the phone until after 7. After calling another branch to see if they could transfer me, I was informed that they also have issues with this branch regarding communication and contact. I am unfortunately left with no help after waiting for hours. When this branch tells you that the credit application only takes a few minutes to get to them, UNDERSTAND NOW that it takes HOURS. But they won't tell you that until you're at the end of your timeline of waiting.
