Multiple shipments have been late and now they are playing a game of BS excuses. The first day it didn't show up they said I called and asked for a "future delivery " which i did not . The 2nd day it was " customer wasn't available and on the 2nd call of the day it was they didn't have my complete address, which is a lie . 3rd day it was business was closed and customer wasn't available which is another lie . On their website it said it left seaford at 6:20 , which is 30mins from me and then at 6:28 customer wasn't available again . So they must of flew to my house in 8 mins and didn't see me. With this being said they were supposed to give the driver special instructions and my phone to call if they couldn't find my house the best part is Amazon and UPS delivery to my address Multiple times a week with no problem. The cherry on top was at 5:00 pm I saw a FedEx truck drive by while I was cutting my grass . I will NEVER ship with them nor will I buy anything from a vendor that uses FedEx

You bring in a package of which you are well aware of the weight and dimensions and they tell you it will arrive in 5-7 days. Then, 10 days later, it finally arrives and you look at your account online and see they've suddenly decided your package was heavier than they first quoted or larger than they first quoted and they had to adjust your price accordingly (much higher). It's how they pay their bills. They think they're clever but if you're paying attention, you can catch them doing this. They do it all the time. Well, I guess if you can't offer good service, you have to lie and nickle-and-dime the customers to death.
