Then every time I go to there to get my package they want to tell me they can't give it to me. I feel like I fight with them more than anything just to get something that is mine that I paid for. They are very unorganized when you go in person and extremely rude. Today it happened once again . My daughter was waiting on a birthday package and they did not deliver it (like they are supposed to). I even checked with other post offices and they say they are to deliver it to me. They left a notice online saying they came to my house and we were not home. Sorry but there is a rule that we are to be quarantined due to covid19 so WE ARE HOME!!!!!! They are now trying to risk my life by making me come in and get my package during this pandemic! The management needs to know about this place! They also do not answer their calls to even tell them to deliver and tell them we are home.
