Oh there’s usually only one person up front at a time as well who also doesn’t care about their job.

I said “the same tape you just gave the gentleman in front of me to tape the back of his envelope?” She said “You gotta buy a roll for yourself”. 😬 Another worker there told a gentleman “you’re holding me up sir” all because he wanted to try another card since the first card was denied. Who is hiring these folks with poor skills and who is keeping them around with even after they display these behaviors to paying customers? No customer service skills whatsoever.
