This location needs a serious shake up and it will be fine.

I was giving some time to see if my missing mail was going to come days after it was supposed to arrive and since it never did I got back to get. However all I got from them was attitude and how they don’t know the reason why my mail isn’t coming. Worst post office ever, recently moved to Maryland and I have only received my mail 2 times in a month. I’ve come and complained 3 times and they just try to brush it off saying there’s a scanning delay but my inform mail said I’m Supposed to be receiving mail. I have Surveillance video proving how they haven’t been delivering my mail, but they still insist there isn’t any mail for me and they are delivering everything when there is.

The customer service at this location is honestly some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Every time I come here, the staff acts like helping customers is an inconvenience. They are extremely rude, dismissive, and impatient, even when you’re simply asking normal questions or trying to understand their instructions. Instead of offering guidance or speaking respectfully, they respond with attitudes and short, sharp answers. It almost feels like they forget they are working in a customer-facing job. I’ve seen multiple people in line being treated the same way, so it’s definitely not a one-time issue. The energy inside this place is stressful from the moment you walk in. The lines move slowly, and when it’s finally your turn, you’re met with hostility instead of basic courtesy. There’s no professionalism, no friendliness, and no willingness to help. I’ve left this post office more stressed and upset than when I walked in. This location seriously needs better management, better training, and employees who know how to treat people with respect. Until then, I’ll be avoiding this post office if I can—and I recommend others do the same.
