- HSHuong SpaisApr 21, 20261.0Not sure why this location even posts business hours if staff are going to show up whenever they feel like it. I stopped by today, Tuesday, 04/21/26, at 9:10am. The posted hours clearly say they open at 9:00am. No one was there. Two other people and I waited until 9:20am before leaving. I returned around 10:30am and asked the employee (who hesitated before identifying herself as “Sophie”. She’s about 5’2”, has black/grey hair and wears glasses) whether the hours had changed. She said she “doesn’t know” and was unable to answer basic questions about the posted hours. They also shut down completely for a one-hour lunch break from 2:00pm to 3:00pm and literally lock the doors. No communication noted on their site. What’s worse is that other reviews already mention the exact same issue with inconsistent hours, so this clearly isn’t a one-off situation. If you rely on this location, don’t trust the posted hours. Plan for delays or go somewhere else if you’re on a schedule.
