And calling their main line is completely useless, as no one ever picks up. So, I’ll be contacting the main corporate office next week to file a further complaint.

The union is useless, vehicles are outdated, and uniform costs are way too high for the $500 yearly allowance. The system is broken, and while a few employees care, most just work for a paycheck. No wonder service and profits are so bad.

If you can’t do your job? Tried to redirect me to another location. Mind you I asked before I got in line if they did it and they told me to get in line just to then say that. Wasted my time.
