They explained all my options clearly and made the entire process smooth and fast. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and efficiency—highly recommend this location.

  This business illegally bills tariffs to non-customers for packages they didn't deliver. Then threatens to send people to collections over illegal tariffs that the Supreme Court struck down. These are horrible people, and a horrible organization.

  An employee/owner instructed me to perform their tasks. They made the customer wait in line for a self-scan kiosk while they stood idly behind the counter. The employee then asked the customer to remove the label from the machine, peel it off, stick it on, and move the item to the basket in the open public waiting area. This was the same procedure even before the self-scan kiosk was installed. At the counter, the employee would scan, print, attach a label, and then ask the customer to move the item to the designated open public waiting area. In contrast, other UPS stores I’ve visited were normal. Employees would take the item, perform all the necessary tasks, and store it behind the counter or back storage just like any other USPS or FedEx store. I’m not paying you to do your job and don’t feel secure about my packages.
