Went there to get stationary printed for our wedding. The print staff here is by far the most incompetent and borderline combative staff I've ever worked with and basically told us off. Don't waste your time here and take your business elsewhere.

Esther was prompt in helping me with my returns and went above and beyond. She takes the time to do the job right yet still works through everything promptly and makes you feel welcome as a customer during checkout. The check out experience coming here before was a mixed bag but will be gladly returning due to Esther's standout customer service!

Poor customer service. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting for TSA pre check. Rude employee. Go to a different store don't pick this one for your TSA pre check

What pathetic service.
Went there early am around 8:15am greeted a young guy at the counter to receive absolutely NO acknowledgement or any kind of response, and he went right past me even though I was right at the check out counter to return the Amazon item.
Another chap near the printer area waltzing around noticing me but no help or support. Waited for about 10mins for someone to come, the guy near the printer area finally comes just because he sees a line forming up and then tells me Amazon return isn’t working. All this for 10-12mins of wait.
Thank you. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Do better. 0 stars.

I called staples and asked if they had a Kiosk for self printing with different paper types and the person on the phone said yes. We went to staples today at 2:00pm and found that the self printing area was not compatible with multiple paper types, which was fine. We then waited in line to place our order with an employee. We spoke with a man working there and explained that we had already sent the picture we wanted printed to the staples email and told him we wanted a glossy finish. We also stated that we had never printed at staples before and we tried printing at home but needed help. He put the order into the computer and said he would print us a sample. Once we got the sample, we liked how it looked but we wanted to use thicker paper. He said that he had already made the order and refused to adjust the paper type. Since he was printing us a sample to approve, we were confused as to why he was refusing to make the adjustment. He said that he would not remake the ticket again and we would have to go with this. I stated that we had not paid for this order and that he said he would print a sample for us to approve and this sample does not match what we would like to print. He snatched up the work order, crumpled it, threw it in the trash, and stated, "I won't be making another one" and walked to the back of the printing area and did not return. There was no one else working in the printing area.
I have worked in customer service for 5 years, and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Absolutely horrible experience. I can't believe that person is still working there, especially considering the other multiple negative reviews on here about him. After that experience, I will never print from Staples again. (Except if Henry is working because he's an angel.)
After that experience, we walked around the store and found an employee in the back and asked if there was a manager we could speak to. He stated that he was a supervisor and the manager would be in tomorrow. He pulled us to a different area and explained that he didn't work in printing but he was going to do the best he could to help us. He was very helpful, kind and took the time to help us. His name was Henry and he was amazing.
