  There are people—specifically one or two individuals—working at this establishment who have completely run out of patience. This is a difficult situation because a large number of people come here seeking service; however, some of the staff members here simply have no patience left. I am making this comment in the hope that they might improve—something we truly need. We need you, just as you need us; but when dealing with the public, one must often exercise patience.

  Rachid was incredibly helpful! He packed my 8 packages with great care and efficiency. He answered all of my questions and helped me decide what boxes and shipping times to select. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received.

  It was supposed to be an easy drop. No one waiting. The people here just doing there own thing. Working super slow. Just had to wait until nicer lady who was helping out an older gentleman how to use a printer, who eventually helped me out. There were two more people there. Just told me to wait and was doing their thing. Could have easily helped out to ship out a package. What a scrappy service. If it wasn't for the nicer fedex lady. Could easily be one star.
