- KKKaylaJan 2, 20261.0I wish I could give zero stars. I put in a request for our lock and key to be changed on December 2nd and was told it could take “up to two weeks being the holidays and all”. Today is January 2nd and they JUST NOW replaced it, after I already paid my apartment complex to come out and do it last week! So I paid twice to have my locks changed because the post office wanted to take a whole month to do their job. Waste of $40 and our bills are late since we had no access to the mail. Customer service is atrocious. Unfortunately I have to come in to pick up the new key or I would avoid this place at all costs. USELESS!
