She was incredibly kind and patient, and even helped my mom with her heavy boxes. My mom doesn’t speak English, but this lady treated her like her own mother and really tried to understand and help with her request. I was on the phone and could hear how kind and respectful she was to my mom. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I hope she sees this comment! My mom was sending boxes to California. I truly hope this location hires more wonderful and kind people like her, because every other time I’ve been here, the staff have been extremely rude and irritated.
