My family and I experience neglect, abuse, aggressive behavior when I asked how can a form be correctly written and the representative yelled, then refused to disclose her name. This location was filthy disgusting and more importantly the abuse from the representative at the counter. This location needs to be investigated. I wasn’t the only customer that experienced abuse from this location. There’s an older senior citizen in a wheelchair before me experiencing the same. I pray this gets proper attention so my family; the culture…our community doesn’t get threats, neglect such as we’ve experienced. I’m Deeply devastated as well as disappointed that a government employee who appears to be on her late fifties treat other human beings like this. This was embarrassing, horrific and unacceptable. This has been the worse service ever. I’m Acknowledging this location seriously completes an investigation, sincerely.
