  I came to dropped something for Amazon. I asked for some tape. The lady (Megan) at the counter said no, you have to buy tape, I purchased a tape for almost 6 dollars that I ended up using to wrap my box twice and the box wasn'tthat big, and after I finished taping my box I asked her if she saw the amount of tape I used and she said yes, I asked was if it was lot? She said no. And I said to her keep the tape i just purchased since you provide the tape for this store from your pocket, this will help the next person who comes and ask for a little bit of tape. I left the tape I purchased tape with her. And she said im following my managers order no tape. Update: I'm not sure what the owner tried to tell me in his answer. Amazon paid for the shipping, I was ONLY dropping it off, but I needed some tape to tape 2 boxes. The problem here is the lack of customer service, not prices. this is the first and only shipping company that I had an experience denying tape to a customer and that order of denying tape to customers comes from the manager so Megan said.

  My experience at this UPS Store was extremely frustrating due to rude and impatient staff. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt dismissive—short answers, visible annoyance, and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking a basic question about shipping. What stood out most was that this did not feel like an isolated incident, but rather a pattern in how customers are treated here. Basic customer service—being polite, patient, and helpful—should be the bare minimum, yet it was noticeably lacking during my visit. Update: Thank you for the response. My review reflects my direct experience at this location and remains unchanged.

  Great notary service! I stopped by earlier in the day to see if they notarize documents and they said yes (until 4pm). I came back later and it was very quick and cost just $8 for one document.
