I had to go somewhere else to drop off the order. she just walked away and never said hello or goodbye to me, just “your item has to be boxed” and went to the back room and ignored me.

I have to go to work and I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes already. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 1 after I finally got to do my returns. The lady who opened late couldn’t log into the system for another 10 minutes. The line was out the door. When I told her it’s unacceptable to open late she said something came up. She advised me to go somewhere else if I’m not happy with the service. This is unacceptable! Also, one of the returns, which was in a box and delivered to me like that, she didn’t except and told me it needed another box.
