  An employee/owner instructed me to perform their tasks. They made the customer wait in line for a self-scan kiosk while they stood idly behind the counter. The employee then asked the customer to remove the label from the machine, peel it off, stick it on, and move the item to the basket in the open public waiting area. This was the same procedure even before the self-scan kiosk was installed. At the counter, the employee would scan, print, attach a label, and then ask the customer to move the item to the designated open public waiting area. In contrast, other UPS stores I’ve visited were normal. Employees would take the item, perform all the necessary tasks, and store it behind the counter or back storage just like any other USPS or FedEx store. I’m not paying you to do your job and don’t feel secure about my packages.

  I was at store at 9:20 am and hour say 9am. What the hell? I m try get my package but not appreciated how you treat respect our customer include myself.

  Giving 1 star was pushing it. I am not sure of the driver's name but listen, his demeanor, his attitude, his body language, his whole existence is very ugly and disrespectful. Whoever drove the truck with 8DK4795 license plate on January 7 and delivers ARRIVE apartment in north bethesda, he is a heavy set Caucasian male, he should be fired actually. He lied about my delivery and the lie didn't even make sense. On the night of January 7th, The dispatcher told us our package will be re- delivered, I happen to be downstairs after coming in from office the road, at the time when this imbecile was delivering, i tried to get his attention and he completely ignored me, I continued to say "excuse me, excuse me, he then point to his ear pod and said "I am the phone" and went straight in the amazon room and lock the door behind him, I was so shocked I could not say another word. Maybe I used his money to pay for my package? I don't know but these are they type of people we are depending on to deliver our packages, he is a very sad excuse for a human being. Anyway, I called my husband right away so he could come downstairs cause maybe he wouldn't speak to another man the way he spoke to me, well come to find out my husband had gone downstairs before I got home because he received a call from the store as requested to come downstairs to get the package, he and my husband got into it very badly once again because he wants to be a nuisance to society. An uncalled for personality, an uncalled for attitude, an uncalled for demeanor, something that could have went well he turned it into something else. Can you imagine how many people he's mean to? You filled out an application, went to the interview (probably 2 interviews), background check and everything else that's included in trying to get a job just to be unhappy with it? Leave the job, leave the job. People are alreasy having a bad life and to run into you will make it worse. At this point I don't care for him to keep his job and clearly he didn't care either, but this behavior continues because he's not being held accountable so guess what? He's gonna cost you (UPS) becaue people like me will never use UPS again and I'll be sure to tell every person in my family not to ship with UPS. I'm sure nothing will be done and the reviews before mine makes this obvious.

  In my experience, the customer service at this UPS Store was very poor, and I would not return for notary services. I understand that a notary must review documents to confirm identity and signatures. However, during my visit, the staff member assisting me asked questions about the purpose of my document and how the loan funds would be used. This made me feel uncomfortable, as I believe those questions were outside the scope of a notary’s role. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional, and I would recommend finding another location for notary services.
