    The store manager Reshawn is rude and/or maybe having a bad day. In that case he should take the day off instead of taking it out on customers. Alternatively, he can choose a profession that doesn’t revolve around customer service 😊.

    I called to ask a simple question about choosing the right kind of paper for a project. The woman who answered placed me on hold for 45 mins before I even got to ask my question! The man who finally picked up said he didn't know the answer. When I asked to speak to the manager about waiting on hold for so long, he said "okay" but promptly hung up on me. (I then called the Staples in Bethesda, they picked up right away, and had my question answered within 5 mins.) Some time later, I called again this Staples on Rockville Pike to attempt to report the incident to the supervisor. Fortunately the supervisor was the first person to pick up. He took note of it, apologized, and said that this is not supposed to happen to their customers.

    The store was busy, not enough cashiers to check us out. Not enough people to take amazon returns! The one cashier on staff did help as fast as she could. Another staff person did come to help, but seemed unhappy. No personal skills.
