    Terrible experience with this store. Called to see if the store had something. The first time I received a message that the store was too busy to accept calls. So I called again the next day and was on hold for 45 mins before someone responded. Then once I spoke to someone, I asked them to look to see if they had a particular product. They did, and I asked if they would hold them for me. They took my name and contact information and allegedly held the product. Not trusting them, before I headed to the store, I called to confirm that the items were on hold. And guess what? They were not. Just terrible customer service.

    I’m really disappointed with the Amazon return service at this Staples location. The service quality is extremely poor, and the staff member handling returns does not seem trained for the job. It already takes an unusually long time to process even a single return, creating very long lines every visit. They only have one scanner, and they package every return in front of the customer, which slows everything down even more. A return that should take seconds turns into a 30-minute wait. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, the employee then told me she still needed to scan all the accumulated packages that she hadn’t scanned earlier, treating customers unevenly. She asked me to wait while she scanned every single backlog package first, which would take another 20–30 minutes. This meant I would be standing at the counter for nearly an hour for a simple return. This is extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping the customer in front of her, she insisted that I wait while she cleaned up her own backlog. No apology, no urgency — just “wait.” Because of how inefficient and frustrating this experience has been, I will no longer shop or process Amazon returns at this store. I will also be contacting Amazon customer service to report this unprofessional behavior.

    I had to go to this staples for 2 reason to renew my TSA and I wanted to inquire about some printing services. It was one of the worst and stressful experiences that I had this year! I’m convinced that I was dealing with straight up Demons in there! The guy I had to deal with for the TSA was nasty!!! He looked and acted very angry, was mumbling so I couldn’t hear him, and he smelled!!! I was ready to walk out and find another place for my TSA registration! The printing guy walked up with such a bad attitude that I knew he wasn’t going to help me! I ran out of that place as fast as I could! I will never ever go back to that place ever again in my life! No one should be treated that way!!

    This location is horrible as others mentioned. The Print/Ordering department has a man that works there by the name of "Kelton" every time I go there to pick up an order or to drop off a return he is there. He has the nastiest attitude. I went there to pick up an order. Im in line and he is been working with these customer. Not once did he acknowledge me or the other person waiting. its going into 10 minutes. Nothing no greeting. Its not like they were busy, he is simply talking with this customer. All I had to do was to pick up an order that has already been pre paid. He goes in the back I then yell out an excuse sir. He nastily gave me a side eye and yells back Ill be with you when I'm done and rolled his eyes. Very uncalled for. Mind you that this is my 3rd encounter with this guy from past visits. Finally he gets to me, no apologies or anything. Goes back to that room, and gets my order and slides my order to me. No thank you for waiting or anything. Associaties here are very scarce. Very poor customer service. Long lines, and staff are not friendly. Not once do I see a manager present. Save the canned responses when replying to reviews because words are meaningless. Train your staff better. Hire better staff or retrain Kelton in print department. Also take your Amazon packages elsewhere because there is also issues and long lines.
