  Rachid was incredibly helpful! He packed my 8 packages with great care and efficiency. He answered all of my questions and helped me decide what boxes and shipping times to select. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received.

  It was supposed to be an easy drop. No one waiting. The people here just doing there own thing. Working super slow. Just had to wait until nicer lady who was helping out an older gentleman how to use a printer, who eventually helped me out. There were two more people there. Just told me to wait and was doing their thing. Could have easily helped out to ship out a package. What a scrappy service. If it wasn't for the nicer fedex lady. Could easily be one star.

  I was really frustrated with CVS passport photos — they only provide un-cropped digital copies and basically force you to pay for physical prints. Then I found one of the best places to take passport photos! This place use a proper projected white background and have a great camera setup, which made a huge difference in quality. Special thanks to Paola — she was incredibly helpful, patiently guiding me with gestures and helping me select the best photo. She truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service! I came in to drop off my FedEx package and was greeted by a very kind staff member ( African American lady may be Alma )who guided me right away. Marina at the counter helped me print my return label and walked me through the entire process. Both ladies were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you for the great experience!
