Marina at the counter helped me print my return label and walked me through the entire process. Both ladies were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you for the great experience!
- DSDinda SimpsonNov 5, 20255.0This past Thursday I was at this FedEx location I had to ship something and do some printing and Rashid helped very professionally and I saw him handle a long line by him self, he was litterly doing 2 things at once helping me and helping a nother lady with her package to, and he made sure everybody was happy. It was really an outstanding performance me personally I admire very Much Good customer service like that plus my package got to the destination safe 👍 I recommend this FedEx location at any time
- FSFitness SavageOct 16, 20251.0We should be able allowed to rate this business NEGATIVE STARS. The FedEx organization is now WORST in class. I sent Express mail from Rockville to Baltimore to be delivered by 1030am next day, and they delivered to the wrong address, or lied they made a delivery attempt. And even though the 800 number people promised another in the afternoon delivery attempt would be made (after contacting the location holding the package) they did not make it. FedEx has become worst in class. When you go to the Rockville office for help about your package that didn't get delivered the assistant manager, Issac, tells you to call the 800 number at the bottom of your receipt. I went into the office because the 800 number people on my first call said they could not help me and I had to go to the location I mailed the package from. All I got was the ping pong ball treatment. No resolution from 3 calls and a visit to the FedEx store, therefore they are worst in class. How this office can even have a dismal 3 star rating is a mystery to me. Somone must be posting ratings that are fradulent.
- IJIris JenkinsSep 30, 20255.02 weeks ago I had come to this Fed Ex store and was needing a right size box for my merchandise not knowing I didn’t have the address to mail it ,RACHID WAS NICE ENOUGH TO ASSIST ME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE UNTIL I could get the address. Close to closing, I never received the address. My next trip, I was greeted by RACHID again and I asked if he remembered me, his reply was “you never forget a pretty smile”.That made me feel good knowing he remembered me. I told him , I have the address today.We both smiled. He took very good care of my package and was very polite and I was very pleased with his service. Thank you for all you do RACHID :)
