The people at the counter always have attitudes and are not helpful at all, the supervisor/manager is very dismissive. Does anyone knows how to report a branch for poor performance, and lost or misdelivered packages?

Friend received letter telling her she was at top of list for senior apt, that she had been on list for FIVE yrs. Since she had such short window left to ret paper work, I sent, with return signature, fr reisterstown branch since Owings mills is so horrible. Mailed on July 10, and to date July 26 package not received so they took her name off top of list. Now her rent at her apt is going up so much that she will have to dig into her meager saving, to stay there. US post office sucks. I can mail letter to Texas, and have it get there before letter mailed within Owings mills, or to Baltimore. I feel so bad for this lady, not only because she missed out on way less rent apt, but all of her personal info is god knows where
- EREd RJul 11, 20255.0Never had issues with this branch. It’s easy to have my mail hold- through online, if I’ll be gone for a while, and picked it up when I’m back. Was greeted every time I come in. Had our passports renewed at this location too. There are times when other peoples mail was delivered to our mail box, no big deal though
