Major Karen alert!! Sad with the post office being the size of a stamp with an angry woman named Jennifer taking her "authority" over the top. The 1st time I thought how cute the little building is and walked in and saw Jennifer in the back/ she saw me and instead of getting a greeting/ good morning back she insisted that I ring the bell 🤣 REALLY? She was looking at me and I should have rang that bell off the hook but sometimes fibro doesn't like me banging my hands/ joints everywhere just to appease a woman who will not put customer service 1st but will take her control issues out on the customers. What is customer service, Jennifer? Put your ego and problems aside and HELP the customers. Rules of ringing a bell?? You can't see autoimmune diseases, and even worse, what happens if people have mental issues they're dealing with?? Scream and get smart with them, and God help you that you don't put them or yourself in a dangerous situation. The post office is to serve customers/ not in an abusive way but try KINDNESS and be a public servant or retire and give someone kind the opportunity to have your job to greet people and be kind. Life is short and too short to not serve in kindness. Shame on you and whomever keeps you in your position must see a show that the customers, unfortunately, are missing out on!

This is the best post office I have dealt with. It seems to be the only one around these days isn't staffed by people who look and act like they just got fired from McDonald's. People here are actually competent and polite, and genuinely care about doing a good job. Very uncommon with the USPS these days. Keep up the good work, Pylesville!

Great people to work with at this location. My grandmother sends out packages monthly to help people in need that are located in foreign countries. She has never has any issues with this usps location. I also have sent multiple packages to multiple states throughout the US and I have always had a great experience with the staff at this location.

Very polite and professional. Explained services and delivery times to a very understandable means. Helped with confusing international package shipment and made it a breeze.
