- AEA concerned EmployeeJun 12, 20255.0I always get great services there. The staff are very knowledgeable, caring, friendly. I highly recommend this Post office.I have been getting my mail since 1979 and worked with the staff that were there back in the 80's. I was a carrier. I on had 2 complaints. One was that I didn't pick up out going mail from this lady mailbox. That was,because her flag wasn't up and was broken, smh. The other wanted to talk every day about personal issues. I had 450 some letters and flats. Customers has to realize that we have a job to do.

- NNngan ngoJan 8, 20181.0I was on duty (military duty) and didn't have time to resize the engagement ring because the time I go to work, the post office not open yet, but when I am home, it's closed. So I asked my wife to send a diamond ring to the manufacture for resizing. Because it was the first time she sent, I had told her that gave the picture to them and they know what to sent (which specify that send it by using registered mail with insurance). My wife told the registered that she want to send this "DIAMOND RING" to resize to this address using this service (and show the picture). It was ended up that the ring was sent using regular mail with no insurance and it's lost. I have contacted customer affair and was told that it was actually never left Prince Frederick Post office since then. There is no information that where the ring is. Contact to the post master about the problem and never get a response back. I call them couple days later and was told that they already gave it to third party and they will contact me whenever they need. It's been 3 weeks and not even get a call from any body about my case.
