We sent two rounds of wedding invitations and used the envelopes that USPS is supposed to endorse because it's easy to read. They lost 60% of our first batch and then 40% of the second batch, and a lot of people were in both groups who thought they weren't invited. They lost a handmade card from the father of my child with a long, loving letter inside. You'd best believe the window and lawncare presorted spam mail always makes it to my mailbox, though! Luis DeJoy should be tried and prosecuted. I have no idea how long this post office has sucked, but I'm willing to blame upper management. Maybe it has always been garbage. I'm furious

I asked for her name and she told me to xxxx and hung up. So rude and so unprofessional. This manager should be sent to training and learn how to speak to customers. Unreal.
