- SMSt. M.Nov 4, 20251.0This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible — the staff are rude, unaccommodating, and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. The owner never smiles, never welcomes anyone, constantly complains about packaging, and often refuses to accept returns. It feels like they simply don’t care about their clients, and the service has only gotten worse over the years. I have reported these issues to UPS and hope the store comes under new ownership in the future. Honestly, I don’t understand why they even have the store if they dislike this work so much!

The lady at the front desk (I believe she is the owner) lacks customer service skills. She is unaccommodating, unhelpful, and makes things more complicated for customers; she always has a stony face. If you can avoid going there, do it. Awful way to treat customers. She is miserable and should be in the back, where she doesn't have to interact with clients—no more business from me.
