It wouldn’t take a congressional hearing to figure out why the post office is losing cash versus private shipping companies if someone experienced a simple transaction at the Pikesville Post Office. Just this afternoon spent an hour in line to return a package to be refused service at the window because there was a kiosk. Literally refused service. Never heard of such a thing. Thanks Sevyn for your service to our country and robbing taxpayers blind while doing your job in the most inept way possible.
