Worst staples on the NorthEast coast. No customer service, workers are afraid to even make eye contact with customers, and if you are here for UPS or to drop something off you might as well clear your schedule because 4 employees sat and gossiped while 1 helpless guy took on a line that went out the door and literally stayed that way my entire 30 minutes of waiting in line. Yes, 30 minutes 0 exaggeration and by the time I witnessed all of this I made up my mind that I will no longer be a staples customer.
I’d rather go to Walmart or target and get my needs where atleast some one comes and greets you, asks why you are stopping in and assures you have a good experience. Rather than 0% team work and a bunch of people being paid to wear company clothing.
See ya later Staples ✌🏾 and I have photos to verify, I am not lying. The people waiting in my photo started using the machines for stuff they thought of because we waited so long in line.
P.S. : shout out to King for handling everyone with calmness and keeping his composure when his teammates left him to do this by himself. They could’ve atleast staged his boxes, something.

This staples location is always helpful, friendly , and knowledgeable about the store product. The coping machine always available and easy to task through. Thirdly the store always clean and clutter free making it easier to walk the aisles. Lastly the cashier at check out Angela always friendly and if you a person who visit occasionally she know you by name which makes her special. The supervisor in the project dept where you go and ask for fliers or multi copies or any project he is rude and speak aggressively to folks. I witness his behavior on more than one occasion and I refuse to utilize that side of the store to the left as long as he working there. But every one else in that pit who works own him are very friendly.

Staples is that one stop store. I can purchase all my off ice supplies, return Amazon returns, pick up Amazon purchases from the Amazon locker, I can have my computer needs taken care of, make copies at a low price and now purchase balloons for any occasion.

It's a typical Staples. No different from any of the other Staples. The employees are courteous and helpful. There is plenty of free parking out front.
There's been a recent improvement in the system for returning Amazon purchases. You used to have to wait for your receipt to be printed out. That took longer than it took to return the item. It resulted in long lines at the counter. Now, you don't have to wait for me receipt. They email it to the email address associated with the Amazon account. This is way more efficient than the old system. I'm sure that the lines will be shorter.
